General

This is the website for @FAQ Bot which can be found in the slack. The bot can be used to write out a detailed response to a frequently asked question once, and then reuse it many times in the future using a shortcut to select it out of a list. This website is meant to be used to see FAQs in an organized way.

Usage

Within Slack the following commands and shortcuts are available:

• /add-faq - Submit a new FAQ to be reviewed before adding it.
• /add-faq-reviewer - Add a new person to the reviewers channel and give them permissions. (Only people configured as admin can use it.)
• Trigger FAQ (Message Shortcut) - Trigger a FAQ response to a message. The bot will respond with the FAQ in a thread to the selected message.

Website

The website can be used to view a list of all FAQs that have been approved. It has options to filter out global FAQs and has search. It also shows FAQs only in private channels that you are a member of (to avoid sharing things that are not publicly released). (nvm I can't even get it to allow adding private channels in the first place)
